Hi guys someone told me what is meta title and title? I couldn't give answer to that question. Is H1 tags same as title. Plz. tell me the difference between them. Nevertheless my site is Promotional Calendars, Print Calendars and i have created meta tags for it. Plz. suggest me that meta tags is right or i will have to make some changes. I am waiting for your answer.
It's not META title and Title but It is META Tag and Title tag... Title tag used for displaying text in Title-bar... and META contain many sub tags like Description, Keywords, etc...

You can use META title different with Title, but it's hurt your SEO, and make Google bot think that you are trying to Cloaking.
Meta title is for the search engine and the title tag is for the visitors. but its not necessary that Google bot will always take the meta title all the time.
I agree with you digitalwebman that meta title is used for search engine and title tag is used for visitors.if you want to search a site on a search engine then meta titile will help you.and title tag helps for visitors to tells about the sites.
IMO if Google does not show your all Title in SERPs then you can use Meta Title, like if your title is 60 characters long with spaces and Google shows only 20 characters in indexing then you can use Meta Title, I had this problem now it has been resolved
