i mostly build my links using various free methods. i dont like link exchange as too much link exchange can get your site penalized. also i dont like to rent links as the moment the rental is is cancelled, the link gets removed so there is no long term benefit. permanent one way links are my favs
best results come with combinations of backlinks the more unique and natural they look the better the results.
