Using paypal from countries not listed

Hi,
I belong from pakistan and wanted to make a paypal acct. but sadly pakistan is not listed in the countries from which paypal can be used.

Is there any other way to use paypal acct . I mean I've heard people are using it through a paid VPN. Does anyone here using it from pakistan or a country not listed in paypals list.

 

some one use VBA from the US, some use VCC, but some time you got the risk of verification

 

However CC is verify using Code so it is online process.
Address is verify using utilities bill upload so also online if you can get your bill somehow.

Yes, there are several ways to use PP from blocked countries. But at last they all end up getting closed and you lose money.
So, its better not to use it.

 

and how about if i use the limited version of paypal?? will they ever force me to verify my acct??

You mean new without verification, then yes at one point they are going to ask for it.

Yes. its limitation of transaction amount if not verified.
But the unverified means user is not reliable and thus they do ask to submit it anytime they suspect you.
