Am I breaking Adsense rules?

I was wondering if I was breaking the rules by placing an Adsense banner/code on a page which includes a video which breaks copyright restrictions, however when the video PLAYS, and the copyrighted video actually rolls, the Adsense banner disapears.

So basically, as soon as the PLAY is clicked on the video, the Adsense banner disappears.

Am I breaking Adsense rules by doing this? I know you can get banned for having Adsense on a page which includes copyrighted content, however this situated is a bit of a dilemma for me.

What I would Suggest is, add some one or two paragraph of text content along with the video describing the stuff in video and mention that the video content may be subjected to copyright! Now the Ads will be based on the text, they will be high CPC and you will be worry free!

Better get rid of the video and iframes (if any) quickly before your account is banned.

Not directly against Adsense TOS but indirectly did. I can only say this will risk your account, bare your own risk or you should consider to remove them

If what I think you are saying is true, then anyone with a Youtube video stuck within their content is breaking Google's TOS. Then I can say that 3/4 of the websites out there break this rule!

You better remove adsense on this kind of page (or site). Because, if you continue doing this, Google Adsense will ban you soon.

I also having this issue. In my case, I have an eBooks blog (my Sig). I find ebooks from internet and place them in my blog to free donload vistors. I have add a discription about ebookk also (sometime use paragraph from that ebook as discription). Now AdSense ads are not displaying on my site. They said I have brake their TOS under copyright concept. Therefore I'm tring to use amazon ads. Am I doing right thing or can I activate again my adsense ads.

Definitely breaking the rules. Use a different ad provider.

You should be safe with Amazon, but it's very difficult to make money with them. Some people are doing it very successfully, but unless you have a huge amount of targeted traffic, you're unlikely to see pleasing results.
