Well there is nothing up the "mine" page so hard to say. Did you take your site down or did someone else?

Consult with an Intellectual Property attorney. There might be an infringement on the domain name, IF it's a registered trademark.

You can always be sued but it is unlikely over a tiny website.

Given your admission if for some reason you did get sued you might actually lose.

Yes. People have filed lawsuits over smaller things. The real question is simply, would he have a case?

My guess would be no, it would be an utter waste of time and money. The "sites" are nothing special, and are both probably infringing on Rockstar Games's IP anyway (for commercial purposes as well, since you're making money when a user follows your link and completes a task).

Stop doing that and you won't have to ask questions like these. Following tutorials and re-creating things is one thing, purposefully copying a large amount of elements from another's work with commercial intent is always bad news.

*I am not a lawyer, this is not to be confused with valid legal advice.

anything someone creates is automatically copyrighted. Snap a picture? It's copyrighted. Write some text? It's copyrighted.
