Design: Design is unique(tableless) and will never be used again. It was my intention to make simple design, which will not confuse visitors.

Backend: Site is powered by modified imagegal gallery script, demo here.
Updating of content is very easy, you just need to upload thumb, original picture and txt file with info links to one folder by ftp program.

Traffic and revenue: Since domain name is not included in sale, consider this none. By the way, I got quite good feedback about site from people who saw it, so I am sure with some small promotion traffic will start to flow.

Content: All themes are made by 3rd party authors. Also all themes are hand picked and selected from very large number of sources of available skins for WP. New owner will get links with limited number of good themes, so he can expand this collection much easier than asking Google.

Potential: Everybody use Wordpress and everybody love it. Site is made for largest webmasters group possible. Has great potential to get large number of organic backlinks if managed right, since webmasters are those who can give you links. You just need to add few themes and market site the way it should be done.

Why selling: I have to many parallel projects and don't have time to finish them all.

Is a link to your site included on the skins when they are downloaded? I looked at the demos but couldn't see how the links are gained to http://www.balkanboy.biz/ (realising of course that that domain won't be included but still wondering)
