As stated please read the past sales thread of this guy he ripped off a lot of people. I would not use this person for any work as they are not trustworthy. Paypal always side with the seller of digital goods regardless of who is to blame. Easy way for "people" like the op to rip you off as there is no way for you to get your money back.
