How can I increase LIKES of my website's FB page..?? currently I have less than 100 genuine likes that I get in a month and I want to make it in 4 figures within this month and users shall be genuine.

You should try on some websites, like youlikehits, in this website you like other pages and people will like your page.
You can do a couple of things. Have you fully integrated Facebook onto your website? At least provide a link or two to your FB page from your website. Then you can "likegate" you FB page. This means users will be forced to "like" your page before they can see the content of your page. This will increase the number of "like" conversions you get. You can also try FB ads and drive people straight to your page. At that point, you should post regularly some really unique content. This will increase the likelihood that people will share the content and others will come to your page. There are also sites where you can easily put together a contest/sweepstakes (doesn't have to be anything big) on FB. This will definitely get you more "likes." Try these and you should be able to increase your following.
There can be so many ways (experts can tell you about it) but I think if your site's content is really good and interesting then you will get more traffic + more genuine likes on Facebook page. Focus on your content's freshness more, it will give you success in long run.
Getting fans through your website is a good idea. But it is true that fans attract fans. Consider buying a few hundred fans to help boost your Social Media compaign.

You can gain the fans yourself by going out there and promoting your page on other peoples pages, providing you dont spam!
