    Yes its possible to resume like that but in other filehosts there is no need for that for example filesonic, filepost etc. That's why thought why this issue happening here.

    The site will continue to run as per usual for uploads and downloads, but there will no longer be an affiliate program.

    Yes, and will continue to get money from files that affiliates uploaded before this decision!

    So, for all future hosters, business model is clear:

    -Start your hosting service.
    -Give the best deal on the market to attract as much uploaders.
    -When you collect enough files on your servers and when you become enough popular, disable affiliate program!
    -Go to Hawaii and enjoy enriching because you do not have to pay to anyone!

    This is not first time when this business model is seen. In this way was begin many others hosters. Rapidshare, Megaupload, FileFactory...

    The only problem in this business model is that affiliates is tricked, but model as the model itself is perfect!
