    Do you mean caching, crawling and indexing? Caching is when search engines store an "image" of your site when it was last visited. Crawling refers to search engine spiders going over your site while indexing refers to the act of search engines adding your site to their database.

    When Google bot visit your site it is known as Crawling. when search engine store data of your site in his database is called indexing...On last visit of crawler on site and data store which show in SERP result is "caching".
