From AMEX / Bank-Transfer to Payoneer

What is the quickest (and lowest fees) way to transfer funds from an AMEX card or BankTransfer to a Payoneer account (without Virtual Bank Account) ?

You can't, actually. If you are in the US, you can receive an ACH transfer to the account, but as far as credit card, we can currently only accept Visa and MasterCard. We don't have bank transfers other than ACH to load accounts (and ACH are only for US accounts, since it's a US transfer).

I know about this, I was looking for different ways to move the money around, for instance:

"AMEX -> Virtual Visa -> Payoneer"
"AMEX -> Quick-Payout Freelance Payoneer Partner -> Payoneer"

Without losing too much money.

However, since you are here, I'd also like to ask you, what is the criteria for applying for a Virtual Bank Account ?

The basic criteria for applying for the VA is at least 3 partner payments over the past 3 months. Once you have passed these, email us to apply, and we will send you a questionnaire to fill out.
