Hi people, I have submitted an article here (to Digg) : http://www.neohide.com/wordpress-plugins-for-seo Check it out, especially if you use WordPress. Please give some comments if you think what I have suggested is not what you think is. Also, if you like it, help with a digg p/s: I hope this is the correct place to post this thread
Great tips do not know if some of them crash with one and another but many i have not even looked @ and the DIGG one i been looking for thanks i give you some green. Just one idea about your blog maybe 2 adsense in the top is the best way you should look at adsense delux or something
Thank you Yellowberry for the comments I'll take that idea into consideration. However, the blog you're reading on does not run on WordPress As for the plugins, I have not tried all the listed one into a single blog. But, those SEO recommended ones are compatible with one another.
ok i will test it for you and blame you if it does not work haha I let you know http://www.webguerrilla.com/objection-redirection/ does not work maybe should fix it And can you please tell me where i install this plugg in Digg This its says the loop but i can not see it.
That was the original link. The author has moved his site. Nonetheless, I have updated the new address at the new site already Sorry, for the inconvenience ^_^
The instructions are at the site. Anyway, after activating the plugin, you need to edit your "single.php" file which is the PHP file to show single post. Then, add in the line <?php digg_this(); ?> Code (markup): into somewhere after <?php the_content(__('Read the rest of this entry »')); ?> Code (markup): That should activate the plugin for the page. HOWEVER, you need to first have that article submitted to Digg, and then have someone access your page FROM DIGG before the icon will appear. Thanks, Mumbai. Sincerely Appreciated
I hate plug-ins, unless you can just unzip them into a directory, and leave your core files alone. Otherwise, enter upgrade hell. If the moderators don't mind: To get that gooood search engine lurve, you need an optimised theme. By co-incidence, I have some here! http://www.tigertom.com/freeware/upload/files.php?cat=6 More info. here: http://www.tigertom.com/writes-about/My-troubles-with-Wordpress-themes.shtml A default Wordpress install is hopeless for search engine marketing. I'm starting to _hate_ all CMS, but then, I am old. If you can do it in plain HTML, do so, and use the time saved to master whittlin', or horseshoe throwing. Something useful like that.
Tiger tom your links does not work maybe they are good but they do not work. One question about DIGG THIS plugg in all my DIGGS goes to the story page not the main page does that matter?
It does not matter (because usually posts are submitted to Digg instead of main pages). However, if you have you main page submitted to Digg, then edit the Main Index Template, and insert the function there. It should work the same way. (I've never tried it on main page, to be honest).
