    Hello Everyone,

I want to sell my youtube like sports website , the website (PR 2 ) get 20,000 + unique visitors mainly from the UK & US . Infact in the last 30 days it has received 22,000 + unique visitors .

Team viewer access to Google analytics will be given to the serious people . I have not monetized the website properly ,I am still experimenting with CPM , PPC, video ads (placements etc) . I had put in content lockers for about 3 days & the website earned about $ 14 in total for the 3 days . I personally don't like content lockers & hence removed them . I will show buyer how to get more traffic , the website needs about 2 hrs a day for may be 4 days a week to add content & promote .

Pm me for the url & also send me your Offers ( more than $ 500 ) & along with any questions you have .

What is the domain name, traffic sources, percentage organic ...etc?

Why are sellers so reticent about providing basic info in their listings? It's a little like an ad for a car: "I have a car for sale, it goes really well and uses little gas. PM me for car details." Stop wasting your potential buyers time!!

I actually concern myself with making sure that less experienced users are as well informed as possible, whether it be on this forum or elsewhere. I write/speak quite widely on ethical business practices, and where relevant I like to make sure others are aware of what their concerns should be within a given situation.

And you certainly seem highly reluctant to share some basic site info to potential sellers.

I will not share them in public most sellers would not , there are some jealous people out there who click on ads & stuff to get you suspended ,competitors ddos your site . Please write on issues when you are fully aware of the facts revolving it . People who are serious buyers will as for team viewer access to all the important details before they proceed

I've found that doing "due dilligence" is never a waste of time.

Flippa shows far more information, sellers don't seem to have any issues there.

And as above poster states, "due diligence" is never a waste of time. Indeed saved me from purchasing a couple of sites worth a few grand from this forum, after actually getting the full info from the seller. Took me a half dozen emails or more to do so, hence why I'm so frustrated at the secrecy from most sellers here.

I am not wasting any more of my time on time wasters like you take out your frustrations increase your post count do what ever you want , most people don't have a problem if they get team viewer access to all the details . Many buyers also would not like others to know that they have bought .

I would like to really see which site you have bought (as you both claim)

And why on earth else am I on this site other than to purchase sites?? I can certainly think of better things to do for "fun".

So you won't show me the URL of the site you're selling, and yet you want the URL of a potential buyer's site first?

You're funny, and I'm tired of this. I've already communicated my concerns & suggestions to the forum admins, who I am sure will add what they choose to their long "to do" list. Or not.

Right, you everybody can see what you are up to . The person who is advocating everything be public is now himself all of a sudden shy . Why you know because you donot have anything to show , you have never bought anything nor have the intention of buying . Anyone who checks the threads you have replied to will easily see what you are .

    Ha ha, you're funny.

Here's how shy I am (so you can find out who I am, what I'm about):
    - Volunteer in Sri Lanka after tsunami: http://nakedchronicles.com/lankarelief
    - Volunteer 2 years in Kenya working with street kids: http://nakedchronicles.com/intokenya
    - Youth group I helped set up while in Kenya (and website I designed): http://michezoyouth.com/
    - My business, working in the web industry for 14 years: http://zavadesign.com/
    - What the heck, my FB page: http://www.facebook.com/daverooney

Yep, I seem like someone on the forum just to play games don't I?

So, faceless forum user, do you want to stop deflecting attention from the lack of information in your listing and provide some basic info to potential buyers, or not?
    - domain name
    - GA report
    - adsense income info

That would be the basics I would expect from any listing.

    Haha,
Just shows my point that you have never bought any website , I am sure people are not reading your worthless posts . So there is no chance of them getting deflected .

Ha ha, funny guy, still can't even provide the URL of the site you're selling, yet want all info about my purchases that have nothing to do with this sale. I don't have anything on market that could possibly be trying to rip unknowing buyers off with. You on the other hand...

Folk, those interested in this or any site, do your due diligence:
    - domain name
    - proof of ownership
    - proof of traffic (Google Analytics - be very wary of those who say they don't have GA installed. It's free, anyone with half a mind to sell legitimately will have GA installed)
    - ratio of organic traffic to direct traffic (direct could be anything, including a bunch of mates visiting it over and over again, or some paid campaign where users from Russia or India hit the site just to ramp numbers up)
    - geographic origin of visitors (saw one site that claimed 20,000+ visitors a month, after much toing and froing found out 90% of those were from Malaysia & Singapore, for a site/subject that was targeting US users)
    - keywords of organic traffic

That's the minimum you should expect, there may be other data you have a personal interest in.

    Cheers.

Man , you don't get the point don't you I WILL NOT PROVIDE DETAILS TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU , people who are genuinely interested have already got the details they asked for . So what's your problem , I am even willing to give buyers remote access to Google analytics so they can see everything they want . Why should i make my details public , i am intersted in your purchases because YOU CLAIM TO BE AM EXPERT ON THE ISSUE (buying selling websites) BUT YOU HAVE NEVER BOUGHT ONE . Hence you are always getting aggressive on this issue . People who are genuinely interested will ask for relevant details , they do not post rubbish on other people's threads .
