One of my Spanish software supplier offers half prices if the customer is outside the EU, so I'm planning to open an LLC in the USA, with a bank account and po box address, but I'm wondering if there is a simpler way or intermediary services that can be used to achieve the same objective. Depends if your software supplier requires that a company makes the purchase. If an individual can buy their software than just find a US citizen to help you out, he will much likely cost you allot less than opening an LLC with a bank account, etc. There even might be companies willing to do that for you.
