Has PR updated again? Google.com is PR 9

    November ninth is the last page rank update that I know about period. I do recall there being a thread about google having a page rank of 9 already.

    Yes.. There has been recent change in Page rank and so Google may also have lost it to 9 . It happen few month back then then Google reverted it back.

    yup...Google pr has shifted back to 9 from 10.One thing is not clear that the PR standard was set accordingly by Google in my opinion..Then why it doesn't gets fixed as per its own parameters..
    Will someone make clear that stuff to me..???

    That would be a PR rollback, not an update. When google does an update to some sites, which may have moved up in PR, or stayed the same they do a "revamp" of all the sites, and if some have extraneous links then their PR will be rolled back.

    Today again as of my writing this post I have noticed that Google has a Page Rank of 9. I don't know the PR of the other Search Engines as I haven't checked but Google seems to be down 1 point.
