I'm planing to make blog on blogger with Amazon links. Idea is to put pictures of products in articles like a links so it could look that there is no ads on site. I need to sign up for amazon before I start my blog.
Will they approve that? Since I don't have traffic yet, and the site is under construction?
    Thanks!

I don't really remember but as it is one of the first Affiliate program I joined, it should be easy. Don't worry about traffic, but at least get a few posts on your blog before applying. Also, I use Amazon widgets on my blogs but I know that Amazon and Blogger are now very easy to use together. On the amazon affiliate program homepage, check the news banner, there's a post about Amazon and Blogger integration:

    affiliate-program.amazon .com

Also, be sure to check Amazon for Blogger page: affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/blogger

Good luck! And happy earnings :p

It's very easy to get amazon Affiliate account once you've got Blogger account. All you need is go to your dashboard and there's 'Monetise' tab. Click on it and you'll be presented with options to either use your current Amazon associate tag, or create a new Associate account if you don't already have one. Select the second one and it will guide you through the process which will only take a few seconds.

One good thing about their method is that you're instantly approved, no need to wait for approval anymore.

    Hope that helps
    Good luck.

Well, if you follow the steps I described above, it shouldn't take you 5 minutes to have your Amazon account approved.

    Good luck

They do check manually. I don't if they do that within hours now or not but 2 years ago I was approved with in 3 days I think. You can register right away but approval comes later. Maybe things has changed since then.

Very easy to get an Amazon account. Just follow the guidelines and you are home free. I've had an amazon account for years, but have not really promoted a site to get Amazon sales. Do people usually have niche related book pages, or do they mostly promote the higher commission products and promote that way?

As far as I know, there is no manual approval for creating an Amazon affiliate account.

Can I use 1 Associates ID to promote multiple products/niche?

    Example:
If promoting 3 types of products/niche, do I need to create & submit 3 Approval Sites to Amazon?

If I made a blog promoting niche "A" for Amazon Approval site, pressuming they APPROVED the SITE……….
    Then,
Does that means from now onwards I only can use my Amazon Associates ID to Promote niche "A" only?
I'm worried If I changed my mind along the way and decided not to go with niche "A" but niche "B" instead.
    Will that be OK?

I'm not sure about that, but I thing this is no matter when use the different niche products. I just starting my amazon affiliate one month ago, I use it on different niche, Then it's OK.

There is no need to have multiple Amazon Affiliate ID's. I have a few review sites in different niches but only one Amazon ID.

Theoretically yes you need to get Amazon to approve each site according to Amazon however I don't see this enforced too much but as long as you adhere to their TOS you should be fine.

    Kickin it on Amazon

I was wondering the same thing ... the only problem I see is that your amazon id name that is put in the link will not be similar to what your site is. Do people really look at that and might that turn people off to your site?
