Geez. Don't get so worked up. No, I haven't seen the "swapping wives" TV show. I don't own or watch a TV.

    Thanks.

When I tell people that, sometimes they look at me as if I'm from another planet. lol. But, right - I don't think I'm missing much. Visiting YouTube occasionally is probably enough. Look at these time-wasters:):

Anyway, I suppose back to the "NON-BIBLICAL Evidence for the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ" --

I know I've seen the heavyset woman in that video before. I don't know her name, but she's definitely a C-list actress. I remember seeing her in one of those phony (heavily scripted) reality TV shows. She did a paid walk-on and screamed her head off there, too. I wonder how much she was paid to do that video?

You actually believe reality TV is "totally genuine" and not scripted???

Wow. That explains a lot about you.

I am talking about that particular video. So did you find that Christian behemoth playing other roles or not?

In any case I dont understand what your problem is with accepting reality. If you are a Christian and a church goer you've seen MANY co-believers that would raise people's eye-brows at the very least.

I accept reality. I am a Christian, but not a church-goer because of what I have seen people that pretend to be "believers" do.

I do not call them "co-believers". We do not believe the same things.

Many many many years ago, I attended a church service during I saw a commotion. I eventually saw a man lying on the floor, collapsed and unconscious. People were surrounding him, but no one helped. I went over to him and immediately applied first aid for shock. I wasn't wearing a jacket, and I asked for one of the gawkers to loan me their jacket so I could put it under his feet to let the blood flow to his head. Nobody helped. The priest (hypocrite) went on with his sermon.

I will admit that the Catholic Church does more for the poor, sick, and hungry of the world than any other organization. But it is failing in the suburbs, it subjected me to cultural prejudice, and I live in the Boston diocese where Cardinal Bernard "fuck them up the ass" Law covered up the child gay sex abuse scandal, is still a Cardinal and holds many important positions in the Catholic Church.

well yes church is nothing but a community-meeting place these days. People dont know their neighbours, relatives live far away, not everyone has an active hobby, where else they will get to hang and talk at the same time.
But anyway, do you believe the New Testament, or both with the old one? What does it mean to be a Christian to you?

I mostly read the Gospels. I use a program called e-Sword, which shows the original Greek translations. You get the see the double-meanings of many of the words, and many of the phrases take on a new meaning. For example,

Do unto others are you would like to have them do unto you.

    Can also be translated to

Do unto others as they would like to do unto you.
(Christ pointed out that Scripture said "an eye for an eye" and did not dispute it.)

Christ was aggressive, competitive, and combative. He took no shit from anyone. If anyone got in his face, he gave it back. He only helped those that appreciated him. If anyone wanted compassion and love, he gave it. When he forgave, he removed the burden of guilt and shame (the story of Adam and Eve is about the basic psychology of guilt and shame, the source of all emotional dysfunction). Once guilt and shame was removed, "their eyes were open" and they were motivated enough to succeed in life.

I believe in following that model.

At the very core of what Christ taught is the basic, core concepts of human psychology, motivation, beliefs, and LOVE. Like Israel Regardie, I believe that human psychology and higher spirituality is linked.

I rejected Catholicism long ago because it failed me. After years of searching, I found my own belief system, and then discovered that it was what Christ taught, only it wasn't being taught by any branch of Christianity I was familiar with.

The IPCC is exposed again. They are caught in a new round of lies about the climate. Science ? Is this science?

Nope, scientists, if they really are scientists, are exposed again as promoting an agenda instead of on a "fact finding mission".

This is an important subject too, the Climate, and they are on a political mission, not a search for truth.

It is somewhat of a rebuttal to those who trust in science. LINK

You're right. Scientists are bunch of idiots with political agendas that don't know jack shit. Just ignore them and go on with your life.

You know what I find sorta funny

God said when the world is coming to an end there will be many signs one I believe was "People will deny god" and thats what will make him truly angry and end the world

But even if you say god isn't real and everything is science well how do you think Science it self happened? If you believe in the Big bang theory... How don't you know GOD put that there for that to happen?

I am just saying As fast as you can question that he isn't Question how he can be real

I didn't know the almighty graceful good god would get angry. I thought he wasn't limited by human emotions.

I've found that science and Christianity parallel each other.
As ye sow, so shall ye reap = Every action has an equal and opposite reaction

After all, On Earth as it is in Heaven - right?
