Exactly, thanks for all legitimate filehosts particularly filesonic who actually introduced this idea first.

 

i guess filesonic should implement new measures to reduce warez a bit more strongly, like ban accounts with extreme copyright infringement or so. we don't want what happened to wpload to happen to filesonic

 

I believe Wupload has been sacrificed to let FileSonic continue, as we all know that they used to share the same DataCenters and that the problems that happened in the last few weeks many experimented users say are due to that.
So I fear not for FileSonic, only thing I wouldn't like to see FileSonic banning my Account for any reason whatsoever, they can delete the files but not ban, especially for premium accounts and moreover for LifeTime premium accounts.
Banning accounts like what Hotfile is doing will only lead the uploaders to go look for a new filehost, and there are plenty of them appearing everyday, some with very interesting features.

A question please to Hish or any experienced user of FileSonic.
I know that only Elite affiliates can refer other elite affiliates, if I am on PPD and have a referral that became Elite PPS with an elite code I provided him, do I still receive referral earnings from him??
And if I am elite and have normal PPD, PPS and 50/50 referrals do I get 5% referral earnings from them or 20% ??

Yes. Just as long as you were his original referrer.

All Elite affiliates get 5% from their referrals, regardless on what plan their referrals are on.

I would be happy if they just allowed RU again I had a file queued from Depositfiles 7 days ago, went on a holiday & when I came back & the status is still pending. I have deleted that file from the queue & added 2 more today, still pending. I don't hold much hope that they will be uploaded to FileSonic.I like working with FileSonic but if RU doesn't work then I can't upload my files from Depositfiles

You could use wupload for this task, since wupload loss most of the traffic from next week onwards their servers will be pretty stable so remote uploading from filesonic and back to another filesonic account will be fast & reliable.
