Contest ++++ $30 LOGO contest ++++ Easy text design ++++ FAST feedback ++++

I need a professional logo designed for a recruiting, HR and management company called CTS Recruiting. The logo text should have CTS as the focus: CTS should be brighter, bolder and have a cool design, while Recruiting should be simpler text (but still the same theme). The ‘Recruiting’ portion of CTS Recruiting may be extended to ‘Recruiting, Management and Consulting’ in the future, which is why CTS should be the focal point. It does not have to be in line, and interesting uses of the concept are welcome.

Winner will receive $30 US by PayPal. Winner will be decided within a week.

All entries will be given feedback so please check back for revisions.

Your submission will need to:

Be 100% scaleable
Be suitable DPI for print on shirts, paper, large banners etc
Look good on both dark and light backgrounds
Be able to have colour scheme changed (e.g if you submit a logo with a White/Blue theme, you should be able to change it to White/Yellow or Black/Green easily at my request)

Please tell us the resolution, bit range (8 bit, 16 bit etc.) and other specifications of the design you prefer. Hope you also pay via moneybookers or alertpay for the winner. I will submit my entry within 48 hours.

 

Thanks for your question. I have a money bookers account so I can pay by that so long as you cover the fees.

Regarding resolution, it needs to be printable and suitable for large banners. I would expect that to be around 600dpi.

Regarding bit range, I'm not exactly sure. From what I can see 16 bit would be appropriate but if you don't think so (or have any suggestions) please let me know.

This is a bit too simple and wouldn't be ok for large banners. I think the CTS in the box is OK but the font and colours are not. Also, an effect to make the CTS more prominent would be better than the box.

 

I like this, except without the person.

One suggestion would be to somehow incorporate a shape or effect within the white space of CTS (like the white arrow in the Fedex logo (E and X) here: http://174.122.2.131/~cali925/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/fedex_logo_03.jpg

I like this, except can you try and think of something other than the arrow? Is probably a long shot but maybe you could make the white spell CTS? Otherwise if this isn't possible try some other shapes or anything catchy you can think of. Would love to see more variations from you.

 

Thanks for your entry. Unfortunately the T isn't clear enough and people wont recognise it as a T. My feedback is to try and make it a bit more clearer but still give it a cool effect. Also, if you could read the feedback to scorpion agency (2 posts, regarding a shape or concept within the blank space) and try and do that it'd be great. Thanks.

The first 5 are a bit too 'grunge' and not professional enough.

The bottom two (second image) lose the professional feel too and the CTS isn't clear.

I do like the top two (second image) except the effect of the two 1s isn't what i am after, I want something original to incorporate the CTS or a new shape. If you were to submit another entry I'd use this as your base to build in an effect or something attention grabbing.
