Hello, I am a new user filesonic
1.I am already one month I've gathered $32, how to request payout ?
2.numbers mean setting limits on what the column?
3.information on the dashboard page (outstanding payment due on next pay out day) there is a question mark symbol
What does it mean ?

Simply make sure the payment info is correct. Filesonic pays every Tuesday if the minimum i.e, $15 is reached before Saturday.

You can put any limit like $500 so that payments over this value will not be send at one time but instead the remaining money will remain on balance.

The blue question mark sign shown in dashboard is normal and appears to everyone.

 

Hish, I have premium account, am I allowed to download my own files??

I like to keep backups, and sometimes need to download them

 

Cant beleive my luck 3 sales in past 5 day, and I have not uploaded for about a week!!

And my files are all mirrowed with Wupload, but then again there servers have been down alot!!

If you are not earning from downloads then downloading your own files is not a problem.

Then you should not download your own files. Downloading few like 2 or 3 may not be a problem.

I can't tell about every server, but currently FS looks very stable. RU works fine, site works fine. Nice work Hish, just continue to keep everything stable and improve it a bit.
