And how should they rebuild their reputation?

I'm only a little,little uploader and got many angry PM's from user last ten days, why i use such a crappy service.

If they solve the problems, than the reputation is also bad. So they must in future Freeuser downloading with 500 kb and above, so that they trust them.

Also other Filehosts renewed the Premium-Accounts of their user, by less problems than WU have since nearly two weeks. But here you hear nothing and this although PAU's load with less than 200 kb's.

This is a no go.

You have the right point, but the problem is not getting better and is getting more worse and is been a weeks !

If the problem only a days or two, probably people who whining here have no patience, and not just us uploaders, but the downloaders are whining too.. if they are gone, what we got ?

btw, lets hope Willy will fix this problem ASAP.

back online now but lost a lot of $$ and online users.

 

I know that there are few problems and increasing/decreasing day by day! I agree everybody is facing problem, but you have to show some support which will boost them and they will work quickly!

If you people keep telling, this sucks ,dead host, bad service, etc .. nothing will change!

It's business! There loss will equally hit you also.
They have life too! They work everyday!

Hope they fix everything as soon as possible

Now, everybody stop whining and get back to work

i told that around week ago-WU should blame themself for all iseues..
because they allow remote wu-wu..

for them it was good move because they have alot premium members..
but now they paying for it..because so many ppl abusing system with remote..and servers/connection are overloaded

i say again all problems are cause wu have too many members..
check hosts like oron megaupload ul and other..they dont have problems..well maybe sometimes but not so big as wupload now (since last 2 weeks)

Well, it's been weeks since it was in a "good stage." All the pals who bougth a PA for just a month suffered imho the most. At least I'm not one of them.
Fact is WU has problems since weeks, not hours or days, weeks. All the time Willy adresses our patience, but is there a real progress concerning the issues? Well, I can't see. Instead it's quite the opposit. But thatz just my $0.02

 

Hahaha, do you really know what you are writing about? I'm sure you don't.

A Company which have such problems in Germany, for example a ISP gave their User 1-3 Months free. And they work also hard, but every Company in germany wants to have LUCKY users.

BTW. I hope Wu will solve this, because i have 3 Hoster, Wu, FS and Eb. And the Joke is I made with EB the most money last 2 weeks.

Best way is, they should disable WU 2 WU! Every kid is just signing up, applying for premium account and started wu2wu!! That's why WU is over loaded!
