Really great job: 800MB-RU broke at 97,94% ... again. Let me guess, heavy amount of queues atm? Well, must be all day long coz since 12h my RU r dying.

Edit: Four tries l8r: Up to 85% and dead again. Also a way 2 waste traf-fic.

Edit #2: Again up to 97%, now the plugin isn't working anymore. Ridiculous

 

web upload has stopped and i was uploading a 2 gb file not happy bout that willy at all sort it out

 

FTP won't connect. Web upload won't start.

 

day after day and is not getting better.. more likely is getting worse..
FTP: can't estabilish connection, RU: Unknown Error.. Error 404 after Queuing for a days...

I give up now. Already wasted 7,7GB traf.fic at my RU-Host for transferring this damned 800MB-File. Now I'm nearly out of daily traf.fic for nothing. WU is atm a waste of time and ressources. After my PA is done I'll move to another OCH.

I'm sorry that these issues have taken longer to fix than anybody would like (nobody wants errors, of course ), but we require more patience for our techs to be able to address these issues so we can provide the level of service and an uploading platform which is the best in the business.

My apologies for the inconvenience and frustration, but we will get these fixed.

Willy, you've been saying the same thing for SO LONG now. Can you tell us what's going wrong? What are the problems and what are the techs doing to solve it? I'm sure I'm not the only one that's really tired of the "Sorry, plz wait" line.

 

An uploading platform which is the best in the business? In case you didn't notice yet, the reputation of WU goes down day by day. Rebuilding a lost reputation is one of the hardest things in the world.
And NoNameThanks is right. You're repeating yourself day by day, but no1 really sees an improvement, not even the slightest. In fact the problems are getting worse every single day.

Hey, what is the price for a month premium? Today I've got $6.3, but earlier I got $8.61 from a month sale. I see that 30 Days Premium is still € 9, so why $6.3 instead of $8.61?
