Does Moneybooker charges monthly fees if I have merchant account?

    Hi,

    I from India.
    Initially I understood from different posts on net that there are no Setup fee or Monthly fee except transaction fee like PayPal. But in their site http://www.moneybookers.com/ads/merchant-account/fees/ its montioned that Gateway Usage fee of 19.95 EUR.

    Can any one who is using MB, can please shed light on this.

    There is a €19,95 monthly fee -> http://www.moneybookers.com/ads/merchant-account/fees/

    So it means if you can find a reseller for MB you may get it cheaper or even without monthly fee.

    Does this mean, If I open an account with them and for some reason, I am not using it (for accepting payments) or my site is down for 3 to 6 months, do I need to pay these charges deducted from my credit card every month?

    I am sorry to bother but.. I have just opened account but not yet verified card or bank account. My site may take couple of months to up and running.

    Experts.. Please advise.
