Hello. As mentioned above the rates, fees, funding time and the acquiring bank will all depend on the nature of your business, average ticket size and several other factors. If you are selling adult, herbal or Biz Op related services and want to do recurring billing the rates, fees and funding time will be higher and longer than if you are selling shoes. I noticed that you mentioned you don't want the fees to be over $60 a month. Are you talking about fixed monthly fees or all fees including transaction fees and discount rate? Since processors charge a discount rate and transaction fee the total dollar amount of fees with depend on your monthly volume and the amount of transactions you process.

If you are still looking for a payment solution and gateway with a recurring billing module feel free to reach out to me at and we can talk.

hi- looks like you found a solution, but in case it's not the perfect answer for others, I can do the same our CenPOS gateway technology. It works with all the major processors so is non-disruptive to implement for those who already have a merchant account (new merchant account optional)
Yes, we can do all of the functions above.
    Fees are based on transactions.
    - Ability to accept PayPal - NOT AT THIS TIME
    - Accounting function (like quickbooks)- Export all data and API offered
    ##

Here's where we really excel- if you have B2B, then it's much harder to hit the lowest qualfied interchange rates. Our system automatically optimizes the transactions for lower merchant fees, Plus:
    - real time reports including upcoming card expirations
    - automated client notification of upcoming card expirations
    - automated reminders if client doesn't pay their invoice.

Thanks for all the suggestions, but CDGcommerce seems to be the best bet for me.
