I get an expired domain, after 15 days Google doesn't see it...

A few days ago i buy an expired domain. I immediately setup a simple web site and i re-submit the site to google (aslo yahoo & bing).
I set up Google webmaster tools & Google analytics. Everything works as usual but almost 15 day pass and still google search doesn't give any result for my site. I can find results from other sites with links (from the old set-up, not mine) but nothing from the new material.
    Any ideas?

Add some original content (Duplicate content wont work) and build some decent links. You will start the website being crawled by Google in a week's time. Do some social bookmarking as well.

    The new content is original

When i register a totally new (not expired) domain, even with only the index page, after submitting the site via google webmaster tools, google crawl the site in less then a day without any back links or social bookmarking (although that for other than the index pages, i had to create backlinks).
I don't think that this is the case.

I really can't understand your message. I'm not looking for domains to buy. I ask something very specific, if you want to sell your domain you have to post on the appropriate forum category.

In this case I am pretty much convinced that the previous owner of this domain did some things that would have violated webmaster guidelines and might have been banned. In this case you will have to raise a reconsideration request stating that you are the new owner. 2 Years back same thing happened to me. I raised a reconsideration request, but never got my site back in index. Hence I just changed the tld. Not Google's support on reconsideration has improved. You may wanna try that and see.

Content update regularly, 1 post per day will help.
