    Hello AlertPay!

    1. In my country; Sri Lanka, Can I withdraw AlertPay balance to my VISA debit card, if I get verified with the particular debit card?
    2. Can I get verified my AlertPay account just by withdrawing AlertPay balance via a check?
    3. Is it possible to change the my account from premium to personal? If yes, how can I do it?

    hi,alertpay I am facing a huge problem to reply your e-mail from yahoo . My ticket ID IS - [#ODT-124310] , I received last reply on 10 th November 2011 and after that I replied to that ticket on the same day but today 12 th novemeber I got e-mail from yahoo by saying that " Failure Notice Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

    Message expired for domain alertpay.com " today ( 12 th novemeber 2011 ) again I replied to the ticket [#ODT-124310 ,can you please confirm me that u receive it or not ? I am so confused . thanks and please answer me

    after my documents are approved now I cant send e-mail to alertpay customer support , it says always " Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Alertpayteam I know you are reading my post so please tell me why I cant send e-mails to your supportdesk from 10 th November ? though I already send another reply today .. [#ODT-124310]: Your AlertPay Account this is my ticket number . I need urgent assistance .

    and those members are waiting for over two months .

    So just tell me is this intentional ? if yes just tell me I will not contact your support desk anymore .

    For our members in Sri Lanka, you can withdraw via bank wire.

    For bank wire withdrawal fees you may consult our website, https://www.alertpay.com/en/fees.aspx

    You can verify your account through a bank wire deposit.

    Since we want our members to verify their accounts and to have as many options as possible to do so, we are going to waive the usual bank wire deposit fee just for the purpose of verification. However, the minimum amount for deposit by bank account is $50.00 USD, so you cannot do bank wire verification if you do not intend to deposit at least $50.00.

    You cannot exchange money between PayPal and AlertPay, there is no authorized exchanger.

    Exchanging funds through an unauthorized exchanger is a strict violation of of our user agreement, and could lead to a fine and suspension.

    Hello, I have withdrawn funds from my alertpay account via bankwire, the status of the request of funds changed from pending to completed yesterday i.e. on 11/14/2011 2:43:23 PM, but, the problem is that I haven't got the funds into my Indian Overseas Bank account..........

    Can anyone tell me why I haven't got the funds into my bank account?? Do I need to wait more days for the funds to show up in my bank account statement???

How long you have waited for the funds to show up in your bank account after the status of transaction changed to completed?     Why didn't you talk about other withdrawal methods; check and credit card withdrawals?

    Bank wire transactions are still active and available. When the withdrawal transaction status reads as "Completed" in your AlertPay account, it means we have sent the information to your bank. The time at which the funds are credited to your bank account may vary due to the time required for banks to receive funds.

    As your ticket was sent yesterday, please keep in mind that due to the amount of tickets we receive, there can be delays longer than a few hours with our replies.

    Hi dumindushalika,

    To verify your account please initiate a bank wire deposit as suggested in post #507.

    In regards to downgrading your account, you can do so in your account.
    1. Login to your AlertPay account.
    2. Click on "Profile".
    3. Under "Personal", click on "Downgrade Account".
    4. Under “Personal Starter Account”, click on "Downgrade Now".
    5. Click on "Confirm".

    Please note, you will only be able to downgrade to a Personal Starter account once and if you have not surpassed the receiving limits of $400 USD per month or $2000 USD for the lifetime of the account.

    Well...the security team replied with an approval of my verification documents, and also asking what the relationship between me and the guy that sent me the stolen fund...although i have replied the email, but now am still waiting for reply for like over 48hrs now.

    All i want is to have my AP account back, so i can at least use the funds in there and also use it for subsequent transactions too.

    I also have a question to ask...can my account be a stater pro without the ability to receive credit card funds? Cos the guy that sent me the stolen fund, i guessed, must have used credit card funds which got reversed by the issuing bank. Please is this possible? And will i be able to get my account back?
