I own a dentistry blogs with about 250 unique / day. I was converting like hell at google adsense for years. then without any reason they disabled my account. now i have to live without google. I tried chitika and I only converted 20% of what I used to convert from google. amazone has a very low ctr with me because the blog is mainly informative. i am very disappointed any help is very appreciated.
Its better to search for Affiliate companies having products related to Dentistry. And I am sure you will get few. Sometime they work better than Adsense.
Did they give you a reason, were you using copied content or asking people to click on ads? strange they just ban your account for no reason.

i tried chitika and the result was extremely bad. i think that adbrite pay even less. did you tried it before ???
Unique content is exactly what they require so looks like you have had some bad luck. I would visit their forums and appeal and try and find out what's upsetting them so you can correct it. It's well worth the effort because nothing compares, don't even waste your time with chitika they are a joke.
how to correct ?? they closed the account forever and i think adding the websites to any other account can be dangerous as they will consider the new account as a related to the disabled one and close it too. i think they are smart enough to make a black list of the websites of the disabled accounts.
You don't need the account to be open to appeal. You could try affiliate networks that offer per sale or per lead for dentist insurance or packages, there are a few around
cpm networks !!! how much they pay ? i listened that this method is the worst in income. can you suggest something particularly ??
