In my long experience of blogging, I have learned so many things. but the main and unbeaten thing is unique and quality content which can attract internet users. believe me if you have the ability to create quality content about your niche then you do not need to do more things to make your blog popular.
Hi, I think you should include post excerpts on the main page rather than entire articles. People will rarely scroll till the bottom of the page to view all your articles. Its better to have excerpts and then let the user decide which post he/she wants to read. I guess the look can be improved a bit. Maybe a white template will look better.
Keep posting content and then social bookmark your new posts on sites like digg, stumble upon, reddit, etc..
I think your blog need lots of content. your first step is add lots of content in your blog. it will increase your traffic very quickly.
You might want to change the header as it appears you have two in there: the orange-brown bar that has your website title and the blue image with the vacancy sign. Choose only one from the two as when together, they take up too much space. You might also want to display your images with text wrapped around it instead of it sitting on the center. I think this will make your posts easier to read and your layout cleaner. Keep your ads on only one area of your blog, either on the sidebar or maybe at the bottom of the page, after each post. hello no doubt the content is the main think in the blog but pay importance to the layout as well, good content with bad theme and layout is of now use.
