I want to know that can we do directly our site pages for bookmarking submission just like we do for articles & blogs?

If you have a chance to put your keyword with anchor text, do it. It's depends upon bookmarking sites rules... In some sites you can submit your home page url but in some sites you can't they will banned your id.
