    This is a UFO/Aliens news and information niche site. The site has a great keyword rich (.com) domain name registered at Godaddy. The site content is unique. I simply have more sites to concentrate on then i can handle for now so need to trim down the numbers some.

    The site is well indexed and has a steady traffic flow. Some solid back link work has already been done as the PR 3 status confirms and should see a rise upon next update with site is maintained by new owner.

    Added adsense to the site recently and has made a few bucks so it has some sure earnings potential as it continues to grow. Also will be a great site for link sales bringing in monthly earnings with its unique niche and solid PR. With just 5-6 link sales the site becomes a solid monthly money maker and other earnings a bonus. (site only has 3 small 1 line text links that need to remain in small area everything else is open to new owner)

    The unique content + domian name and PR 3 rating alone make this one a nice buy !
