I've been having these errors for the last 3 days. I read a few previous comments and it seems it's a general thing. I hope this will get fixed soon cos i'm unable to upload or RU using wupload and it's frustrating.

Willy no offence, but all time , almost every day U saying:

how much longer/how many days in last week WU worked w/o any problems..
stats or ftp problem or remote etc..

just do a test in wu, remove remote option wu-wu at least for 1 day, and u will see most of problems will stop showing//
I know U and your crew are working hard day by day to fix it, but problems coming back all time..(same problems..)

the bad thing is that downloads just stop at about 60-70% and they won't budge. i had a lot of complaints about my links being broken... i told them to be patient

 

Yea,and this is very annoying for downloaders...after this all,i dont know,who will buy a premium account...

Willy do you know,how its annoying for webmasters?
Im lucky ,because i have mirrored all my files,but webmasters who use only Wupload are in real trouble.
I will wait 1 more week for you,if you dont stabilize wupload,i will leave.
Sorry Willy,but i can not continue,without any working upload option and without happy downloaders.

P.S.
I have tried Hotfile,which ppd plan sucks,and the resoult shocked me.My files got 3 times more downloads,and i have earned the same money like on wupload.The only difference is that upload to hotfile going with 100 + Mb/sec.

Hi Willy,

It is becoming very much difficult to continue with Wupload. Download/earning are going down day by day. Take necessary steps to stabilize the platform ASAP. By the way, I have opened a Filepost Account today for trial.

I'm getting an Unknown Error message every time I have a remote upload. Honestly, it's getting a bit :[ in Wupload.

 

4 days now and still the same.

Why such a big company can't fix Remote Upload ?

I don't normally ever post in places like this but y'all are giving Wupload a bad rep and it's quite unnecessary.
If there are issues you should have a Plan B, or go somewhere else.
Sure it's frustrating but pages and pages of complaints does the reverse of what you want.
You aren't making any money by spending time complaining.
Willy can tell if there are issues because he's the one who stands to gain the most money out of us all.
You're probably making it worse by wasting Willy's time and affecting the perception people have of Wupload.
I've been using Web upload and a backup log of files in reserve during which time Willy will fix any issues and I continue to make a profit.
Easy. Done. No harm no foul.



Moral of the story?
Don't put all of your eggs in one basket.
And if you do, have a contingency plan that doesn't involve endless complaining.
Yep, Wupload should get its act together, we're all feeling the heat.
But there are ways around occasional errors, utilise them.

 

How is unnecessary to ask for a good service? I bought a premium account and i'm entitled to ask for a good service, don't you think? I do a have a plan b with 3 other file hosts but wupload is one of my favourites and it's frustrating that I haven't been able to use it for the last 4 days.

I think it's better if we let the crew know about the issues so they can work on them instead of saying everything is perfect and keeping our mouths shut.

 

I suppose it depends on your perspective. I'm not saying people can not do what they're doing, i'm just giving a different opinion as a normally quiet uploader. I've found a system that works for me, so I tend to assume it's the best one there is. I'm sure there are many more successful people here who like to voice their concerns, i'm just a quiet type.
