Selling PR4 Chelsea FC Football News Site - Great Site

Hi,

I would like to sell my Chelsea FC related football news site as i simply don't have the time to continue to develop it as i have a number of other projects on at the moment, including a bigger football news site that covers football news from all clubs!

The site is a PR4 and has no ads on it so there are no earnings that are to be revealed on the site.

To be honest i have done very little with the site other than building a firm backlink profile which has given the site a very nice PR4 site.

The site is linked into a number of feeds on other websites but i think the biggest one is the fact that any posts that are added onto the site are then relayed on FourFourTwo (the magazine's website) into the Chelsea news section.

This is a great opportunity to get your hands on a football site with strong PR and a great draw for traffic if you post regularly.

Nice got a pr4 in 2 months. Site looks a little plain but ill investigate more and see if it fits my needs but no way $350 bin for it thats not realistic for a feeds site.

 

Please send the traffic and revenue proofs.

I would like to point out that this site is not a 'feeds site' nor is it an auto site, all of the articles on the site are unique and written by me.

The bidding is at $150 at the moment and i have the reserve at $225 at the moment.

There are no earnings on the site at the moment but as soon as you purchase the site there is the chance to sell advertising on the site. Any links on there at the moment can be removed as theses sites are owned by me.

As for traffic, please let me know your googlemail account details and i will add you into the analytics, if you don't have one give me your email address and i will send you a pdf of the reports you would see in analytics.

I am open to offers on the site for a quick sale too but the offer will be relayed to the highest bidder at the time to ensure that they have the chance to counter offer.

You have the wrong end of the stick, this site is manually posted on with unique articles but the updated topics are then shown in FourFourTwo's chelsea news feed (not the other way round).

$350 BIN is an indicational value and if you wanted to make an offer below this but higher than the highest bidder at the moment, feel free.

Buy it now price has been reduced to $300 for a quick sale.

 

I have now added the site to www.kicknews.net and that will increase traffic into the site further.

I am only going to allow this sale to run for a further 24 hours and then will remove the listing should it not exceed the reserve price.

Sorry but I think $150 is about its money. I'd pay $160 if I had the option but next bid is $175.

Only got links from 3 sites really, so would need guarantees that they would be staying in place if we were bidding much more.

 

All links into the site are firm and will not be removed when sold as none of the links are paid for.

If you believe that $160 is the maximum that you can stretch to for the site then it will still come in under the $225 reserve price and so the bid would be rejected come the end of the auction anyway.

This site has all the foundations that it needs to become a great Chelsea football news site and i would have created it myself if i had the chance, if you are looking for something more established then you would need to let me know your budget as i have a site that is more developed than this but would not be selling for less than $2,500 for it.

The site sold and so all negotiations are now pointless, so even considering that this was a scam shows how little you know about anything.

I wouldn't sell the site to someone with such small regard for someone with a 100% track record on the site anyway.
