I emailed you saying i didn't want to goahead with the design as i'm not creating that service anymore. Check your spam filters as some of my emails have been hitting there.
But the fact is that you hired me to do a design, I did the design, you didn't pay me and you say "Oh I don't want your design services anymore". This is why I should have taken a deposit. People please don't deal with this person!
Huh? you did the design? you did a rough copy not a final design, i have the consumer rights to reject a design i don't feel up to the standard of the work i insist. Therefore a designer when work is rejected can sell that particular design to others if need be. there is no official agreement forcing to make a payment for a rough copy design. Yes, maybe you should ask for a deposit in the future. But seen as this was only a $25 design and i said to you, if the design was good i'd pay way more extra then you first offered. And as i emailed you saying i didn't need the design anymore before any real changes were made to the rough copy, which i'd suspect take you a matter of minutes to design, therefore i shouldn't pay for a rough copy of a design i no longer needed.
