I recently purchased a domain from godaddy. 2 later later they reversed the transction and i got this message:

My domain is now parked and it shows godaddy whois info instead of my. Has goddaddy acquired my domain name? How illegal is this. I do not want risk my privacy by uploading personal documents.

    What should i do now?

That's happen when you use someone's CC/paypal and not yours.
If it is so, I am happy they detected you :)

If you have something to say, just call them, their support is very good.

No, I don't need to do that!
I simply delete the domain, or block the account with the domain in it.
Anyway, I double check the paypal info before the domain is approved.

No, they have placed a temporary hold on your account and domains.

It is. As per any national rules and as per Icann regulations, a seller can frame any defraud measures such as asking you to provide valid ID proof. This is to avoid accounts being hijacked or purchase with fraud / other credit cards. There are whole lot of suckers in the internet who does. I hope you are not one of them.

WTH privacy has to do here? Are they going to send some stalkers to your address? Or are they going to post your information publicly? Or are they going to send unwanted mails and e-mails? Do you really know what the word 'Privacy' means??

If you are legit publish your proof to them. If you are fraud get disappeared and stop shouting here.

A reseller can do anything he wants if the domain owner is a fraud :)

    Don't be ridiculous!
I am able to delete domains if I want. I can even block them and lock the user account with that domain.
