The theme doesn't flow together. You have a background picture and its transparent for some thing on your site and not for others. You want it to feel smooth. Also its a bit dark, get some lighter colors there. Good Layout just make it a little more simple.
If I was a potential client, I would seriously wonder why a company selling web design is using blogspot and does not have their own site. Sorry.
It will be better if you: - choose professional theme - have your own domain - categorize your content - display your previous work result

I like the background but I would try the page more calm concerning the colours. All the links in ornage make te site pretty agitated.
I'm fascintated by the people who thought it was good. Your regular site at maksansolutions.com looks so good I'm astounded you didn't go to a bit more effort to make them look like they represent the same company. The screenshots in your posts are too long and narrow and by having sidebars on both sides the posts themselves become very squeezed. Personally, I'd just get wordpress and integrate it into the main site.
