this morning I can get RU from File-sonic quite nice
right now I'm stuck again with "Error 404" and "Unknow Error" << which is also a typo mistake

 

I uploaded a file to my account yesterday via FTP and it never showed up in my files? Is this what other people are seeing? I have never had this happen before.

 

Again "Unknow Error" error

We're still working on fixing the issues with FTP and Web Upload (which API uses), but we've been receiving the highest traffic and most amount of data uploaded to date, and it's just going up every day, so it will require some patience!

Our techs are doing all in their power to have the issues sorted!

If it says "Error 404", let me know what it tells you when you put your mouse over it - but for Unknown Error, add them back to your queue and they should go through!

We're processing a massive amount of links through remote upload at the moment, but we're doing all in our power to process them in a timely fashion!

There might be a bit of a lag - some affiliates experienced this a few days ago - let me know if the file has shown up in your account by now.

If not, please PM me your FTP log from that file's upload!

Willy, I found some people that constantly upload fake content. Can I report to you their links via PM and can you do something about it?

is it posibly add filepost to remote upload list ? I want to remote upload filesfrom that host

 

the error 404 says "file not accessible/ not found", how come?? I'm pretty sure the file is live, I can download it from my browser
and for the unknown error, there's some file that I can't get through even though I put them back in queue dozens of times

also, the FTP not working, always gives me "could not connect to server"

You can still remote upload from them if you use the classic method, but we will get them added
