Is Google gives any preference to .com sites and .org sites in bing? This is especially the case if you have an exact match between keyword and title or domain name.Is there is any truth in the above statement
No, Google is not biased with domain extension as long as they are not country specific. It is believed that Google prefers .com domain extension over other domain extension, this is not completely true. The first thing that google looks for is the quality of website (no matter whatever domain extension it has)
I think google prefer .org more than .com because .org for non profit but I don't know for the right.
I do not think Google prefer .com than .org . And it is contrary , Goolge prefer .org much more than .com . Trust me !!!
i don't think so. Google may like the .com domains but its not right that they hate .org domains . actually if your category matches .org then its better to open that domain. and of your site is a common type then you can choose .com domain. its World wide recognized. thanks
No, Google has no specific preferences over either of the TLD's. You can go to Google.com and do as many searches as you want. You will see a large number of .nets, .orgs, and .infos ranking above .coms. The main thing is your website, your content, updating your website and more.
Google gives preference to .com domain over other domains. But this is not completely true. The website having quality content is preferred more.
I think Google and Bing have their own algorithms for deciding the rankings, usually they arrive on the same conclusions, but frequently some sites that rank well in Google don't rank well on Bing and vice-versa
everyone knows that .org is " The name is derived from organization." So if a show or any other kind of website has this extension, then obviously that .com is prefered and .org will go lower.
There is no preference between any non-country specific tld. Anyone who says different doesn't know what they are talking about.
