    Yes I have observed the same thing with me. As my site is not new but I have uploaded site map on my site before 20 days and that site map page has got 3PR

    I believe that google has changed the pagerank algorithm, sometimes I wonder if there are any bugs in google algorithm too.

    I can not believe this. How this is possible? My site got PR 1 after 6 months. How a 23 days old site got PR3 directly???
    Kindly tel me what you do special to get this PR?
    Do you use some very old domain or you did anything special or extraordinary?

    it is possible, a few weeks ago I as PR 0, now I'm at PR 3. Try getting some good backlinks from different sources, or pay for SEO services

    congrats mate. it's trully possible. the key is only build links from high pr site for develop domain. but for parking domain the key is luck.

    I think thats the matter of just some indexing error. Domain Age plays a quite significant role for PR upgrading. So, either you get 100s of high quality backlinks in this short period, it will be suspicious. I guess, they will index it appropriately in another update!!!
