    Does craigslist backlink helps you increase your site's ranking on Search engines? I haven't tried building links using classified ads like craigslist. Thanks in advance.

    I don't think so such links adds to any link juice but yes you may get exposure and some traffic. Better you concentrate of High PR directories and Social links. Might help you to gain some benefits in terms of backlinks

    listing with craigslist will not increase your ranking, it will give you traffic and increase your overall link profile

    it gives, but please understand that links from pages and directories and their consideration is decided by Google on certain parameters.

    Actually , it gives backlinks but today in google , we have backlinks and quality or relevant backlink , a craiglist is not a huge source of informaion but of advertisment therefore the links coming from are less relevant however you are gone to enjoy some traffic ...so not very useless , it is traffic we need above ranking

    Craiglist only drive traffic to your website, don't help to increase ranking on particle targeted keywords. Its a famous directory in US.
