Sure, you can do by some easy step. 1) First of all upload a video that make interest of audience. So that they watch full video instead gone away after 10-15 sec. 2) Optimize it like a Web page: a). Include your keyword in file name. b). Include your keyword in TITLE of your video. c). Include your keyword in Description too but remember description must not looks like spam. It should describe your video. d). Promote your Video on your website, blog, article and other Social Networking site or Video Sharing site. e). As much as visitor watch your you tube video, it will gain value and surely come on first page. Get any video on 1st page is same as getting your website on Google 1st page. SmartyJohn made some GREAT points.. another one I would add is if you have video that has a considerable amount of views, add a link to your new video under the video or add an annotation.. I use this method to drive traffic from viral videos of mines to a new video Best of luck
