    Is there any live support with filesonic?
    not that I don't appreciate what u're doing here, quite the opposite, however I have previously been on usenet sites with live support feature. You click on live support chat and within seconds you enter a chat with the support team who can help instantly.
    support through forums is a hassle to the user (imho).

    I´m totally pissed at Filesonic. I bought a premium membership for the first time about a week ago and it looks like that was the biggest mistake in my entire life. I downloaded one single file that worked fine even if it wasn´t as fast as advertised. And then all of sudden the next day whenever I tried to login I was told my email-adresss wasn´t included in the database. Since it wasn´t possible to recover my account either I wrote a support mail. There some Kristina asked me for my transaction ID so I sent her the transaction voucher. Though all information she needed was comprised there, she kept asking me for the transaction ID and I should contact the payment service I used. So I contacted Micropayment and they gave me that transaction ID right away and I sent it again to Filesonic. And guess what, that Kristina just repeated to ask me about the transaction ID although I just sent it!! They took my money and I don´t get what I paid for, but instead they keep me asking me for some stupid transaction ID I already sent them, this is a friggin scam. I´m so sick of this people, I´m never gonna use Filesonic again and tell everyone I know how they tricked me out of my money. Shame on you Filesonic, this is pathetic!!!!!
