I have heard that offering freebies to people who will buy a product using your affiliate link works. So I was thinking about offering my logo design service for free to people who will buy hosting using my affiliate link. It is not a problem for me to design a logo, so I could offer this for free. I would clearly explain on my website that I get a commission when people sign up using my affiliate link and I would say that this way my service would be paid off. Do you think this could work? Also, my problem is how to get traffic and what keywords should I target. I was thinking about targeting keywords like "Bluehost Review", "Hostgator Review", etc. And I would also write a review of the certain web hosting company on my website. Do you think it could work this way? Or would you suggest me to target different keywords? Thanks in advance for any tips.
Anything has the ability to work, but unless you do it everything said here will just be hot air with zero substance. The proof is in the pudding, just do it.
Probably start looking at web hosting forums and see if there are opportunities there to promote this, also take a look at fiversworld.com see if that can be of any use
Thank you for your advice jadams. How should I promote this on e.g. webhostingtalk.com? Should I buy banner advertising? Or just put a link to my site into my signature and be active on the forums? And how would you suggest me to promote my idea on fiversworld.com or fiverr.com? My aim is not to make $5 per logo design, but let's say $100 per web hosting referral. Do you think I could offer my logo design service for e.g. $5, but would also add there a condition that those who buy my service would also have to sign up for a new web hosting account to qualify for my service. But is this allowed on the fiver sites?
WHT well yes be active and maybe even promote free templates and help for wordpress just adhere to their rules, personally I wouldn't buy anything. Fivers I don't know I just suggested that because wordpress is quite popular there, see if you can advertise a logo or installation of a theme for free on the condition that bla bla
