It seems the problem is from Megauplaod not FileSonic, since I had the same thing going on in Uploaded.to and in FileServe.

 

ALL of my users are complaining about almost ALL files being dead

I am hoping you can help me with my FS Premium account. It is a premium account upgraded through the forum I mod at. I am unable to change the free download limit to 1 GB. Every time I try, it reverts back to the default 400 MB. I've tried multiple times, with different browsers (FF and IE). The IE browser has no addons or adblocking software. I've tried submitting a helpdesk ticket with unsatisfactory results. They told me to log out and in again, try a different browser, or use a download manager Then they told me it was because my account is a "free" account. Then I was asked to contact help through ICQ. I reluctantly downloaded and installed ICQ solely for this purpose. I explained my problem to the person there (Rome) and was asked to email my FS ID to them and they would fix the problem. That was on Friday, and still no resolution. I'm tiring of being run around. Can you possibly resolve this issue once and for all?

Why all the files from my account was deleted? There is no mail DMCA, any information at all, nothing! Please check it out, send PM with my user id.

Page does not work when the logs from another computer I get an error, remember the password, a message appears that this mail is not in the database. WTF?
