    Hi sudu846

Members in India are able to deposit and withdraw using bank wire.
You can follow these instructions on how to deposit money from your bank into your AlertPay account, https://helpdesk.alertpay.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=169&nav=0,7,8

    Cheers

    Hi

Can I have your AlertPay account?

We try our best to do everything as promptly as possible, however there are times when it might take longer than usual. I apologize for that.
However, it is important that our team verify the documents properly, and ensure they meet our compliance standards. We examine cases based on priority, and based on when they were submitted.

Thanks for your understanding and patience.

    Cheers

    Sean

Just sent it a support ticket. You'll get a resolution a lot faster than posting it here

    Hi fizzer mark

As fugepuppy you can submit a ticket to our resolutions department, https://helpdesk.alertpay.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit

Exchanging funds is in direct violation of our User Agreement and may result in the suspension of your account. To view a list of the exchangers our members can use through our system please do the following: 1) Login to your AlertPay account and click on "Withdraw". 2) On the right hand side you will see: "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger" 3) Click on the word "exchanger"
    Thank you for your understanding.

    Cheers

    Sean

    Hi fizzer mark

You are probably not going to get your money back, as you did not use an approved exchanger.

    Cheers
