I have been a FileSonic affiliate for more than a year and I really enjoyed the money I made, but on the other hand and to be honest the technical problems started when they launched Wupload, and especially when Wupload started gaining popularity. It is then when most of the technical problems with FileSonic started and as much as Wupload gains popularity for both uploaders (payout is a bit more interesting, around 10% higher) and downloaders (seeing that many files are uploaded only to Wupload).

Now, we have one of two choices, either stay with FileSonic/Wuplaod and wait for them to fix the technical difficulties, or move to another host but I don't see any other host as good as those two in terms of payout, popularity and market expand, there are many new comers to FileSonic an Wuplaod, most of them are free users and thus a bigger chance for getting premium sales compared to an already established host with its already many premium users meaning less chance for sales.

Personnally, I will stay with FileSonic (and I prefer it to Wupload for its PlaySonic program) for the unlimited storage and the staedily increasing number of users.
You other people have the choice to do what you like, but take in consideration what it means to change to a new filehost.

A special mention to the guy who uploads 500 GB daily, I may be wrong, but uploading that much is an abuse of the resources of FileSonic and I think any filehost would consider that an abuse and may put some restriction. Personally and since I distribute mostly magazines and comic books, I upload no more than 500 MB and it makes some pretty good money as I consider the best pay is for files between 51 and 400 MB.

Downloading from Filesonic is super slow. Getting only average 30-40kbps.. And the conenction keeps dying off. I thought it was my ISP. But when I tried downlaoding with my fileserve account. Speed is 500-700KBPS. Pls look into this. My users are getting restless.

Thanks for your support to date. Everytime filesonic servers starts slowing down and starts having issues. I know that the team will eventually ge them fix.. Hopefully this will be resolve soon.

I miss the fast download speeds as a premium user.

Sorry, Hish, but I just tried quoted links and they don't work. I get the message "An error occurred, please try again later".

Hey Hish there is a weird problem with remote uploads from megaupload, some files are only 23.xx KB, it never happened before.
Any other people having the same problem??

Entering captcha does not help, it only takes me to a report form, which does not seem to be taken too seriously by fs, as it's my 2nd consecutive day while being blocked.
