I am about to start content writing/ article writing and this is my frist work in this field, But i don't know how much i charge for this so i would appreciate if any one suggest me for this .

Depend on the quality of the content, it can vary between $20 - $40

 

You can start with Freelancer.com & Elance.com. But the clients are offering very low price.

 

First time you can take $10~$15

 

The amount webmaster are willing to pay (like myself) depend VERY much on the following:

- Topic of content
- Quality of writer
- Size of the content

Legal and medical contents are obviously more expensive. Quality is the most important thing. You need a lot of good iTraders for people to trust you.

 

I give you $1.5 per 400-500 words articles if you are writers.

Your question is rather strange. You know, the prices in the Net a very different from tens bucks to thousands and even more for a project.
It depends on your Name, portfolio, experience and skills. But being a complete newbie you shouldn`t expect much dough. Just get it started and work for your portfolio and Name. The first assignments for you will be penniless just to get it started

 

Just get started, build up a reputation and then you can start making money

A friend of mine just gets started this activity at the moment. He is at the very same stage as you are. At the moment he is promoting his portfolio on the famous freelance sites. He has also done some money but it doesnt matter because the main idea to get first clients and reputation.
