    Please do not Add Links in the Root Catalog, first browse to the suitable category then submit your site in it.

    i just tried to submit, but it seems that a reciprocal IS required. seems contrary to your title.

    Very frustrating to trust the free/no recip promise, take the time to submit, then find out it's not no-recip.
