That's no deterrent because you can be logged into both of the host accounts, I do that anyway to get the links

i just want a way to stop people using my links... ^^ Inside my rars are files that link to the websiet I upload to.... so I suppose that helps and the single links do have a URL in them

The url in the file name is a waste unless its your own site because it can add assurance the file is yours and it is what it says. Maybe the best method is to password protect the rar files with the domain you upload too but if you move on from that site your snookered with that password as some sites don't like that method of free advertising

Thanks filepost for not implementing fp to fp remote upload, so we can now share our links freely without adding any site password.

We have lots of information about sales provided, please look into Statistics section, there are lots of tabs - you can see what file brought the sale, etc.

Files always can be changed. With Rapidleech script not only name can be changed, but everithing else. Multi-rename, unpacking/packing, multi MD5 hash change, screenshots and thumbnails, file infos...

Links in the file name are not a guarantee that someone will not remote upload files to own account.

If these are the files that you have made, then you're right you want to protect them, but if this files are movies, music, apps... i see no reason why you want to protect files that are not your property. You share, and someone other share, if you see what is my point here.

Nothing personal buddy, but how do you expect from someone to respect your work, when you also share links to files that are not made by you? Just to be clear, i'm not against file sharing, but if we already share files from third parties, then we can share links among us also. This is my personal opinion, and that's how i see the true meaning of file sharing. Again buddy, nothing personal!

You sure can, choose Files and Sales tab in Statistics - there you will see what file brought the sale.

Please submit a ticket to our team, we will tell you the questions, I am sure the answer will come to your mind then.

FilePost, is it possible to add a statistical page that will show the site from which our referrals are registered? This option it would be helpful for us to actively work to promote FilePost on this site and get more refferals.

Will need to find out whether such information is stored in the database at all. That may be a good option, I agree.
