Best solution: Mirror some files to other file hosts and ask people to try alternative links if they face problem with filesonic links.

Sorry to read Fs has had problems today, hope you guys fix it soon. I've noticed download stats are still very low and don't appear to have been updated yet (so can only assume they've been lost). If that's the case then can i get credited with the sales i've had today instead?

What benefit I get if you get less sales ?

I simply tried to help your downloader's in case they find it difficult to download from filesonic servers.

Actually all file hosts face server issues and mirroring with other file hosts make sure that your downloader's wont get affected by it.

 

Files/servers has been down for almost 18 hours of today.
People can not download or wish to buy when servers are down.

Live with the stats you have now - they are probably correct.

This by definition is wrong... So you work with a hosting company but to give users 100% working files you should host on other hosting company... That's why I said is a bit sarcastic..................

One of the things Hish asks you when you reclaim your account is the transaction ID.
Thanks to you, everyone can now send an email to Hish with the correct transaction ID and claim the email has been hacked.

But I do not care - do what you want.

My stats are jumping but I regained 3/4 of my normal daily income.

 

Give it time to solve your problem, everyone one of us have problem in Filesonic too. Just chill and just do something else for a change while they fix the problem.

Just to give you an update... Almost everything is back to normal.

Some downloads are still being processed
Some servers are still under maintenance.
Stats will be jumping up and down, depending on which server you land.
Uploads speeds won't be great for the next few days, but still good

If you experience anything not normal, kindly open an affiliate ticket.
