Hi All, I am from India. 10 months back I created a Paypal account then verified by a VCC created out of my bank account here in India. I dont know some how it was limited. That time there was no PAN card. Later after 4 month (this mean 6 months back from now), since I was fedup with that limited account, I created one more account with other VCC generated out of same bank account with my PAN card this time. That was limited with in two days, though my PAN is verified. Even After several interaction with them proving my gas connection docs and PAN card, finally they sent below reply to me. When I called up, they said same. ================================================================================== For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues. ================================================================================ After 180 days I got a message that now I can with draw money (ofcourse I do not hold any money with them). later I got a message that that VCC got removed as its expiry date is reached. two days back i sent a mail that though I have been using genuine VCC generated out of my own bank account which is verymuch legal and accepted by RBI indian, can I get back my account. Again I got the same reply from them by email. Now, since its pretty well attached with my PAN card, I cant try with other paypal account I guess. Only reason why i want paypal is to not to loose any business from my website as many comfortable with paypal. Now, what should I do. I would be glad for any helpful suggestion that I receive from experts. Thank you. TM.
ask them through twitter or directly call them from skype.......I am also facing limited access problem with my account...
Call them directly from skype in free of cost...They are the best person who can assist you...& plz post the update here..

My account is also having the same problem limited for more than 10 days No use of calling them, I am making call every day but they have one ready made answer for all our question "Nothing cant be done from our side we are waiting for 3rd party service for verifying PAN Name with BANK Account"
